Where do the cells used in treatment come from?

Our approach is autologous: the cells or platelets come from your own body. For cell therapy we collect a small sample from bone marrow or fat tissue, prepare it in the clinic, and deliver it back to the area being treated. Using your own cells minimizes immune risk and avoids donor-derived products entirely.

Autologous means from you

Every cell or platelet used in treatment at Aloha Stem Cell starts with your own body. Nothing is donor-derived, and nothing is grown from a manufactured cell line, which is a key difference from products offered elsewhere that come from outside sources.

How the cells are collected and prepared

For cell therapy, we collect a small sample from bone marrow or fat tissue, prepare it in the clinic, and deliver it back to the area being treated, all in the course of your visit. PRP follows the same logic: a small blood draw is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate platelets and growth factors, then injected precisely where they are needed.

Why using your own cells matters

Using your own cells minimizes immune risk and avoids donor-derived products entirely. It is also part of the clinic's honest foundation: the treatment is a support for your body's own healing, not a foreign substance doing the work for you, and we never blur that line with manufactured products.
