What conditions may stem cell therapy help with?

Stem cell therapy may help support healing in joints, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue that has struggled to repair itself, including knee osteoarthritis, cartilage wear, and certain tendon injuries. It is not a treatment for every condition, and candidacy is decided individually.

Joint problems

The most common reason people explore stem cell therapy is joint pain, especially knee osteoarthritis and cartilage wear. The goal is to support the joint's own healing response rather than simply masking the pain.

Tendon and ligament injuries

Tendons and ligaments heal slowly because they have limited blood flow. Concentrated cells placed in the area may support the healing response in stubborn cases like tendonitis or partial tears.

What it is not for

Stem cell therapy is not appropriate for every condition, and it is not a replacement for surgery in every case. Some conditions are better served by other treatments, and a responsible clinic tells you which category you fall into.

Find out what fits your situation

The list of conditions is general, but your situation is specific. A consultation at Aloha Stem Cell starts with your history and imaging, and ends with an honest recommendation about whether regenerative therapy may help.
